Karen Whitney

Please accept by deepest sympathies at Charlie's passing. What a wonderful man who gave so much to his children and community. During his time working with the youth sport groups and on the Park Board there were great changes...and challenges... and I will cherish the time I was able to spend with him and call on his counsel. His smile and laughter will be missed by all who knew him.

Please accept my condolences. Charlie was a classmate of mine in high school and a fellow country boy having grown up outside of the village of Orange, Pa. A friendly and sincere person.
