Obituary

Obituary for Nancy L. Callum

Nancy L. Callum passed away July 30th at the Jefferson Health Hospice Center in Warminster, PA. She was 85.

Born in Fort Atkinson, WI, Nancy was the only child of the late Maurice and Verna (Christ) Uherr. She resided in Doylestown, PA prior to moving to Buckingham, PA 32 years ago.

Nancy graduated from Milwaukee County School of Nursing, where she was a member of the Alpha Phi Sorority. She worked as a Registered Nurse until her retirement in the late 1980s.

Besides her beloved husband of 63 years, Eugene L. Callum, she is also survived by her son Stephen Callum (Dorothy) of Factoryville, PA; daughter Amy Callum of Coopersburg, PA; son Robert Callum (Pam) of Denver, CO, and grandsons Stephen (Melissa), Michael, Kory, and Zachary Callum.

As well as being a devoted grandmother, Nancy enjoyed antiquing, reading, doing crossword puzzles, and spending time with and entertaining family and friends.

The family would like to thank the Doylestown Hospital Hospice and Jefferson Hospice Center in Warminster, as well as the Visiting Angels and Home Helpers for their constant support and their kind, compassionate care for Nancy.

No services are planned at this time. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to Doylestown Hospital Hospice would be greatly appreciated.
