To be an entrepreneur means to lead out from within...My time with Rob was spent over 13 years, initially in NYC when he was the Maddison Avenue Marketing star, and together on a journey of entrepreneurial discovery. As we explored this fascinating world Rob made us all think of our own life a little differently and experience things very few ever will - he navigated the challenges of long term endurance with humanity, passion, and his humour which I shall sorely miss.
Rob, from his youthful outlook and inspiration that drove his outstanding career to his belief that we can change the world. His strength of inner will set an example to all that knew him.

I think back to our breakfast at Pat' Colonial Kitchen in Newtown the first time we met live and we turned a scheduled hour of business into two hours of connecting. I am so sorry for your loss of this wonderful, beautiful, kind, and passionate man. Godspeed Rob.

To Rob's Family, I am so sorry to hear of your sad loss. Rob was a kind, respectful and thoughtful person. I will always remember three things from working with him. One was his ability to instill people to think. He often would say "what if" to generate an opening for brainstorming. Two, was his gratefulness to his family for providing him the opportunity to pursue his passion with Adherent Health. And third, he was forgiving of others. He will certainly be missed.

I had the privilege of working with Rob when he was at Omnicom and I at one of its public relations agencies, Porter Novelli. Rob was always generous with his insights and advice, wise in the extreme and handled problems with an even temper and humor. We've lost one of the best, and all of us who knew Rob share in our shock and sadness that he left us so soon.

My deepest sympathy for the loss your husband and father. Rob was the most considerate and warmest human being I have had the pleasure of working with. He always greeted me with a smile and treated me with the greatest respect. I would often bump into Rob on the train from Trenton to New York and we would laugh the whole way. I am deeply saddened by his passing and will always remember him fondly. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
