Obituary for Shirley Ann Signorino

Shirley Ann Signorino of Doylestown, Pennsylvania died peacefully at home surrounded by family on Sunday, June 7, 2020. She was 69 years old.

Daughter of the late Frieda and Herman Easton, Shirley was a consummate Jersey girl who enjoyed the beach, the Doylestown salt cave, cooking, baking, and hosting Thanksgiving dinner each year. She loved the company of her friends, coworkers and customers at the Black Bass Hotel, and her family most of all.

She is survived by Fred - her husband of 47 years, their son Scott and his fiancée Colby, her sisters Gail and Pat, her brothers-in-law Dan and Bill, and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Shirley’s name to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

My dear Cousin Shirley, I am so very heartbroken by your passing. I have so many memories of our good times together...Holidays, 4th of July parties, Family gatherings and special occasions...growing up together in a large, loving family of aunts, uncles and cousins. Although you are gone from my life, you are and will be forever in my heart. I know you are smiling down from Heaven, surrounded by all those who have gone before you. May all your family and friends take comfort in their many memories of you. Rest in peace, dear Cousin, until we meet again.

My deepest condolences to Shirley’s family and friends. I was fortunate to know Shirley from her Doylestown Inn days, to the Carversville Inn, and then the Black Bass. Shirley always had a smile on her face and went out of her way to make you feel at ease and comfortable. Sorry for your loss.
